Keep Your Pet Safe with Free Microchips from LA Animal Services

Fireworks during the 4th of July can scare pets and cause many to run away, ending up in overcrowded shelters. LA Animal Services wants to help keep pets safe and make sure they’re reunited with their families. They’re offering free microchipping for City of LA residents while supplies last.

Microchips are a permanent form of ID that greatly increases the chance of a happy reunion if your pet gets lost. Visit any of LA’s six Animal Services Centers — open Tuesday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM and weekends from 11 AM to 5 PM.
