Kylien Anderlyn says:
Okay, I’ve lived in the Porter Ranch area since early 2014, right through the entire blowout period from October 2015 to February 2016 and still here now. I was definitely in the zone when the gas smell hit hard rotten eggs everywhere, headaches, sore throat, and nausea that lasted weeks. We even had to deal with the oily mist on cars and windows some days. Got relocated temporarily like a lot of folks did, but came back after. That’s what makes me eligible longtime resident who experienced the disaster firsthand and has stuck around to see any lingering effects on health and daily life.
Glad this UCLA survey is happening; it’s overdue for getting real data on what we all went through. Looking forward to sharing more details when the invite letter arrives.
