The Fastest Route to City Hall (Updated)

A new Mayor, a new City Attorney, a new City Controller, and six new Councilmembers join two incumbent Councilmembers in guiding the largest city in the most populated state in the most powerful country in the world and they need your feedback.

The quickest way to check in is by emailing them.  Tell them who you are, tell them where you live, tell them the issue, and tell them what you like.

Be specific, be concise, and be polite.

Here are the email addresses for LA’s Leadership:

  1. My wife and I recently moved into north Granada Hills and live up near the cross-streets of Jolette and Sesnon. We have noticed that the automobile traffic travels at high speed along this part of Sesnon in both directions and also when coming up or going down Jolette Avenue.

In addition, we hear 'racers' and tire screeching periodically outside our home.

All of this is a little disturbing, considering the neighbourhood we live in. I discovered from previous residents that a serious accident occurred there around 3 years ago, where a car flipped over and smashed down a fence and into a house, which had to be partially rebuilt.

We are starting a family soon and have obvious concerns about the speed and safety of the automobile traffic up and down Sesnon and Jolette.

Therefore, we wanted to inquire at how we would go about requesting or asking for speed bumps to be placed on Sesnon Blvd, specifically on the area of Sesnon that has two lane traffic each way, between Jolette and Neon Way.

Best Regards, I look forward to your response.
