The Candidate Filing Period began December 16, 2013 and ends January 15, 2014.
The easiest way to file as a candidate is online. Here’s how:
- Go to https://empowerla.org/ghnnc/granada-hills-north-nc-2014-elections/
- Click on File Online tab in the right-hand column
- Fill out the online form and click Submit.

Remember, Election Day is Saturday, March 1, 2014.
