The regularly scheduled Planning and Land Use Management (PLUM) committee meeting for tomorrow has been set up as a joint meeting between the board and the PLUM Committee. The big item on the agenda is the proposed car wash development on the corner of Rinaldi and Balboa. The developer will present their updated drawings of the facility.
